DELIVERY INFORMATION

Our delivery professionals are courteous, cautious and trained.

Please have your room prepared for your new furniture prior to the arrival of our delivery team.

Deliveries are made Monday through Thursday, 10:00 am – 5:00 pm, throughout Central Texas. Your delivery day and time will be determined at the time of purchase and is generally within three days of purchase, depending on delivery area and availability. We do charge a nominal delivery fee based on distance that includes assembly and placement of the furniture. A delivery fee will be charged for us to pick up allowed returns.

Apartments/Gated Communities
At the time of purchase, please provide the complex name and any instructions or codes that may be helpful to our delivery team. Your sales associate may ask you to sketch a map or write directions for us at the time of purchase.

Gifts & Accessories
Home accessory items (mirrors, lamps, accessories, artwork, gifts, etc.) may be picked up by the customer. Delivery may not be necessary for these items.

Special Orders
When your order arrives, you will be contacted to schedule a delivery day and time.
