FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Question: I bought furniture from Casey's Furniture a few years ago, but can't remember the name of it. Can you help me?
Answer: Our customer service department has ten years of sales records and can look up the model and manufacturer for you. We can also tell you if it is still available, or if your warranty is current.
 
Question: Do you sell the furniture you have in the showroom or do I have to order it?
Answer: We do sell the furniture in our showroom, and in most cases can deliver it within a few days. As a local, family-owned business, we use both our showroom's space and our warehouse to house our inventory. You may order any items that are available from the manufacturer if you choose.
 
Question: How long will it take for my special order to arrive?
Answer: Each manufacturer has it's own set of practices, but as a general rule most orders arrive within four to eight weeks. However, an in-stock item might arrive sooner, or a delay might cause an order to arrive even later than eight weeks. Your Casey's salesperson and customer service representative will endeavor to be as specific as possible based on a manufacturer's estimate, but delays do occur that are outside of Casey's control. If you need an item for a specific date, it is best to order early or purchase furniture in the showroom.
 
Question: Do you sell rugs or carpet?
Answer: We certainly do. Although our Carpet Center is not formally open to the public, Casey's does offer a full line of carpets and rugs. Call or stop by to learn more about the well-established brands we carry.
 
Question: Do you offer financing?
Answer: Yes. We offer 90-days, interest free. In addition, we offer several types of short-term and long-term financing, all pending credit approval.
 
Question: Do you sell pre-owned furniture and/or antiques?
Answer: We do not.
